Message while waiting in que

I have a MICS 4.1 with Call Pilot 100. I have a hunt group with 3 people in it. If after a customer calls and no one answers after 6 rings can a message come on letting the customer know that they can continue to wait for their call to be answered or press "whatever" to leave a message?
 
Right...I do have call center as well. However I would use call center but I know my agents will constantly be missing calls and "forgetting to log-in". I can't stand having that mess going on for 3 people.
 
They could do the same by putting their phones in DND. With call center, at least a supervisor can monitor who's doing what.
 
True...I'll look at the manual for callcenter more and try and utilize that.

if the outside lines ring directly to the hunt group you may be able to get a 3rd party call sequencer, that hooks directly to the lines.


so call comes in and rings the sets, after a couple of rings the sequencer says "thanks for calling please hold "

and it keeps ringing the sets while the message plays
