Message : what does this mean?????

The message is as follows .....<br><br>Domain1\username was validated as /0=name/ou=domainname/cn=recipients/cn=user email address/ but was unable to log on to /0=name/ou=domainname /cn= recipients/cn=username.<br><br>event id 1023<br><br>thanks

I've seen this when we were moving users from one server to another.

if you are trying to move from one server to another, do you have sufficient access rights against the target server??

pghmikeh and Wibble .... Thanks for the replies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Actually, I have just installed a new exchange server. The old onw crashed hard, so I rebuilt everything from scratch on a brand new machine (with the same name as the old one). Now when people log on, I get these messages. What rights should everyone have?<br><br>Thanks.
