The reason for this tests is that I have a voicemail that is connected by SIP to the IP OFFICE, I see n the voicemail that it send the instruction to light up the message lamp but I don't receive the acknowledge from the IP Office.
Any ideas on what to check from the IP Office part?
LOL : turn on that light!
To be honest I don't think firing up a message lamp is possible with SIP, only VM Pro can do that or tlpeters shortcodes ( which aren't his really )
You can see that IPOffice is looking for codes like what tlpeter posted.
If you can change what is sent you may be able to build tlpeters short codes then figure a way to send the codes the way IPO needs to see it.
Maybe it is futile, maybe you can build a SIP URI to use ICR to match a short code. I don't know.
Seems to me that the asterisk community has it figured out by now. Or not.
