I am using Outlook Express 6 on W2K Pro. I have a mail rule setup to filter the subject line. I have it filtering pretty well now except for the foreign character emails. I know that I could use a program to filter these emails to the deleted items folder. Since I have the mail rule working so well I just wanted to know is there a way to change the output of the keystrokes to be a foreign language?
