I am using Citrix FR3. My users get the following message when they try to print. "You must install a printer before you can print" When I sign on as an admin I can print. I have not changed permissions for the group.
It sounds like your Print Spooler service stopped/crashed on the citrix box. Are you logged into the same server that has reported this problem as an admin? Might want to try restarting the Print Spooler service.
As an admin you may have rights to a printer. Theerfore you will have a default printer. Your users have no printers assigned to them. Once you have imported your printers you have to give them to users. CMC Printer management - printers double click and assign users.

Thanks for the reply. I am logged on to the same server. (I only have one) I have stopped and started the print spooler. In addition I gave the group full rights to the print spooler. The problem still exists
