Hello.

Trying to forward and transfer messages from BCM400 to CS1k/Call Pilot. Works BCM to CS1K but not other way around.

Have MCDN, AMIS/VPIM keycodes installed.

What am I doing wrong???

Could be an issue with your DNS.
Make sure you have Reverse Lookup enabled.
The BCM will use this kind of like an authentication to allow the message inbound.

Thanks SupportDude.

Where do I find the "reverse lookup" setting?

It will be an option in your corporate Domain Name Server.
DNS typically converts a name to an IP address.
You need to allow your DNS to also work in reverse, translating an IP address into a name.
