message manager

Has anyone installed message manager. I just set up release 5.1, but every time I go to login, I get a message "No Server Logins available". I turned on IMAPI Access. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong.

Hi,

I set this up in 2003, had a few problems but all working fine now.

The Feature Options screen in Audix should show how many IMAPI sessions you have a Right To Use on, I had to have this changed.

Have a look at :

display system-parameters imapi-options

And check configuration.

I take it the IP configuration has been checked etc.

And Lastly look at Subscriber info :

PERMISSIONS
Type: call-answer
IMAPI Access? y
IMAPI Message Transfer? y
Fax Creation? y Trusted Server Access? y

I think I had to do a reboot as well...

Was wonder if anyone had anything else to add to the second post. I too am running into the same error, have check was suggested and everything seems fine. I cant seem to find a "Right to use" Line in the system-features imapi-options screen though. Total sessions purchased: 32 ???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
