Message Manager @ Intuity Faxing Issue

Hi all, I have and Intuity LX 5 which has both POP3 and fax capabillity enabled.

I am able to receive faxes with no issues, they just pop quite happily into my outlook and off I go.

I am having some issues in sending faxes though. I am able to send externally ie 0 02 xxxx xxxx (outside line access - area code - number){I am in Australia} and the fax delivers fine, however when I try to send to an internal extension if I just put the extension number in as in xxxx it tells me this is not a valid address, and if I put in xxxx@FAX it appears to send but never actually gets delivered, so if anyone could assist with this issue it would be most appreciated.

What do you get when you display the activity of the subscriber that tried to send the fax? Pending delivery?

I have not had a look at that. What command do I use to display the activity?

As you can see the fax to the internal extension says "unverified remote" and never gets delivered whereas the fax to the PSTN number gets there fine.
