MEssage Limit

Is there a message limit on a blacberry unit? Perhaps, a function that will retrieve more bytes of a message? I have a single user that is indicating a filure to dwonload the whole contents of a message.

Click the trackwheel whilst in the message and one of the options on the menu should be More, select and click to retrieve more kbs.
Depending on what version of BES and handheld software you have, there is also a message option Auto More that you can set that will automatically retrieve more kbs of a message when you scroll to the bottom of the first segment.
