Message light won't turn off 2

I have several 2616's and 2008's that are showing they have messages. All their messages have been deleted but the light is still on. I am running a Call Pilot VM system on an option 81.

ld 77 and turn lamp audit on.. or search for mwi dn, they may have more the one mb lighing the lamp.. quick fix, not a cure... add mck mik keys to your set, that allows you to turn lamps on or off

You may want to do an Advanced search in your call pilot to determin if any other Mailboxes have the MWI set to different ext's...

Do you still have Meridian Mail attached? And what version is your Call Pilot?

i had that problem when i turned up my cp, the mail was in the standby mode, it started turning on lamps after i had migrated.. outed the agents and hsl

I have call pilot version 2.01. My meridian mail had been removed for a few years now.

i have a mck mik key on my set to control lamps.. those keys will turn lamps off and on.. did you search for mwi in advanced search? that would be my 1st guess

press key 5, dial the dn. press key 5
