The touch tone recievers go in order - from left to right - starting with the 1st module that has them. So, for example if your 1st module with TTR's is an 012 Basic Telephone module - TTR 01 and TTR 02 would be the TTR's on that 1st 012 module. If the next module is an 008 OPT - then TTR's 03 and 04 - would test the TTR's on that module, etc. I am not sure why you are getting different results - unless you are conducting the tests when the system is being heavily used in terms of TTR's required. How many TTR's does your system require?, i.e., how many single-line devices actively being used at any one time? It could be that the voicemail does not have TTR's avaialable to turn on, turn off message lights in a timely fashion.
Are the two TTR's on the 007 MLM defective or OK?
Check the processor error logs for "All TTRs Unavailable" errors - how many are there (total count) - and how frequently are they occuring?? You may need to manually "busy out" the TTR's that are defective - so the system does not attempt to use them (not sure if you can do this with Legend R7). If you upgraded the processor software to Magix R4 - it would do this for you automatically.
