Message indicator Button LED Visual voice 1

HI Guys
IPO 500v2 ver 7.

According to the User guide the MESSAGE button should glow red when a message is left
1408, 1416 phones

when i have a new messages in the huntgroup mailbox and assigned to the extn Source tab Hmain off the extn i want to see messages.
The Message button does not light up but the LED at the top right of the phones Lights up.

I know i use to see this Button glow red before on other systems i installed.

Is there a tick box to allow this button to light up.

Most of the times this is done because customers do not understand it if there is something else on it.

We use Call 1, 2, 3 etc. Call Keys not Line Keys!
