I try to setup a Genesys - Aspect Integration. The Application Bridge is version 6. I get a CTEM message including the fields ORIGTYPE and ORIG. Based on Aspect documentation this is only in version 5. The datalink is definitly configured for version 6. Does anybody know whether there is a documentation error? Genesys requests the described format of version 6.
