Need help for a Nortel guy getting a crash course in Merlin systems...
I've got a user who's phone is not going to voice mail when he doesn't answer (just rings). It rings busy when he puts the phone on DND. Where do I go to figure out why this isn't working? I looked at his mailbox in Audix, and it's programmed like all the other mailboxes.
