Merlin phone Straight to voicemail

I have a merlin phone that is going straight to voicemail. I'm sure there is a feature code somewhere that can cancel this but I cannot locate it anywhere. Can anyone help?

You could try turning off Do Not Disturb

There is no DND button so how would I do that?

Assign one.

What can happen is that a DND button is assigned and turned on then the button is deleted. That leaves DND on with no button assigned to turn it off.
