Yes HFAI is on but we have for several months now had to reset them all (17 stations) as they go out on their own frequently. Better describing the problem - we have either an "all-page" feature to page all units or we can address a specific station by dialing its assigned number. In several locations when "all-paging" the calling unit is heard but the responding unit is not. This situation reverses itself if the "all-page" originates from what had been the sending station. When the headphone is picked up at the receiving station communication is possible but not through the speakers. When paging a specfic station the system seems to work OK.

The way it works is this:
Single PAGE = HFAI Works
ALL PAGE = HFAI DOES NOT WORK
As far as having to reset it a lot, this sounds like you are loosing your AC power to the phone system. HFAI Buttons will fail in that situation.
