I need to set my auto attendent to answer after 4 ring instead of immediately.

Sounds like you have the LINES assigned to it.

First, take those away from the CALLING GROUP for MAIL.

And then, if need be, tweek the COVER DELAY for the EXTENSION that is the AUTO ATTENDANT.
