Merlin Messaging sysadmin password reset

Please help. I'm at a customer site where the sysadmin password for Merlin Messaging is unknown. I've tried various "defaults" (123456, 654321, 111111, etc.) with no luck. Is there a back door that will allow a password reset?

I work for a Avaya Business Partner and will provide proof upon request.
