Merlin Messaging LAN Admin software

I for one, am not sure.
I just implemented one for Avaya, and their customer was provided with R3 Software CD.
We did not try to do the ADMIN with it however.
My conclusion is that if that is the version they are supplying on a new install, then perhaps it should work.

Yes Merlinman- I would assume that to be true, but thats not my real issue.
I am trying to figure out if I need to load different Merlin messaging Admin versions on my laptop, since when I go on a service call I never know what version I will have to work on.

Yes, you need the same System Administration software to administrator the same MM release.
eg SA R2 TO ADMIN MM R2
SA R2.5 TO ADMIN MM R2.5
eg SA R2 TO ADMIN MM R2
SA R2.5 TO ADMIN MM R2.5
