Our system is outcalling 911 randomly a couple times a day. How can i troubleshoot this?

Merlin Magix 911 trouble

If it's a Magix, there is also a place to program "allow 11" so that you can dial 911 vs. 9911. if you disable that it can save issues of misdialing. Just make sure everyone knows they then need to dial 9911.
