How to program Merlin Magic Phone system need to remove line from line pool.
when dialing 9 plus out side number intermittently will have no dial tone. Also is there a way to direct select each groung start
trunk from a phone ?

just what to test each trunk.

You might want to review the Magix Feature Reference guide, it covers all of this info. For direct trunk/line testing access see the Maintenance document, it has the access code sequence in it. These documents are free for the download from support.avaya.com and wedophones.com.
