Merlin 410 Classic

I have a Merlin 410 and need to do (2) things.
(1) Make some phones ring
(2) I have some phones that voice over on intercom and some that ring 1 time and flash on the intercom button. need voice over on intercom all.

can ne1 help

Have you gone to

and downloaded the manuals and checked the FAQs on avaya's page?.

on each phone the ring is programmed by sliding the T/P switch into the P(program) postition and pressing the individual line keys
red light on - ring
red light blinking - delayed ring
red light off - no ring

For the voice announce disable
To program a Merlin 410 Feature Package 2 or a Merlin 206 Feature Package 2 :
Make sure the system is not in the Admin mode at the Control Unit if you are trying to program extension 10.

Go to telephone set that requires Voice Announce.
Hang up handset.
Slide the T/P switch to 'P' for program; the telephone will flash and ring.
Press the [Intercom] button, located above Conference on a 10-button telephone or larger and above Transfer on 5-button telephone.
Green light on = Voice Announcement over intercom is allowed.
Green light off = No Voice over intercom allowed.
Slide the T/P switch back to center or dot position.
