Merlin 2-possible speed dial problem!!! 1

I have several terminal numbers programmed on my console telephone and I
just hit the appropriate button to dial. Rusty and Larry dial #6, then the
last two digits of the terminal number (EX: #657). They are able to dial
every terminal programmed but one and we can't figure out why neither of
them can dial the number. It either will not dial at all or after about a 5
second delay a tone sounds and says the number cannot be completed as
dialed.

Any suggestions??

you did not mention where your dialing...could be a new area
code not added to your ARS.
check your sysem speed dial number, sound like it is timing
out.
