Meridian Option 11 - Remote Divert by feature - How??

I am trying to find a way that exists on other exchanges whereby a designated telephone can remotely invoke/cancel a divert that is active on a designated extension by using a feature code sequence.
Examing the meridian documentation the only mention I can see that does not fully meet the requirements is the Remote Call Forward (RCFW). The documentation implies that this function only works where you have a pre-programmed call forward number.

Can I get something to work whereby I dial:

remote divert code - number to invoke divert on - number to divert to.

with a corresponding sequence where the divert can be removed.

With Remote Call Forward, you can specify, on the fly, any number the phone is allowed to forward to. Here is something I made for figuring out the code sequence, once you have the feature set up.
