We have a Meridian Mail with 6 ports and we would like to upgrade to 8 ports. I heard that all we need is a special key to activate 2 more ports?

Do anyone know how to activate 2 additional ports on the Meridian Mail (R13)?

As far as I know You should buy a new Keycodes (Licences)
by you Nortel dealer

I agree whit tbzropi1 ; you need buy new keycodes to upgrade to 8 ports.

Seeing as you quote 6 ports, I'll assume we're talking about card mail for an Opt11. To increase the number of DVP ports past 6 ports, you will need, in addition to the key codes, 1 x 2 DVP card & the extended face connector card. Also, can't quite remember this, I think card slot 9 needs to be free.
