Hi

I have an opt 11 runing version 20 release 19.

I want to be able to change the set up of the voice mail for all extensions(500) - so the staff can leave a greting - but with no facility for callers to leave a message.

Is this possible? And if so how would I set it up?

You need to set up an announcement within voicemail and assign it to the required extensions.

Thanks for that.

Unfortunately................... I need to have a diffrent message for each extension - as we are moving to VOIP and each member of staff is being allocated a new number.

So my idea was - individual greeting with details of their new number, but no facility for callers to leave a message - as staff won't have access to old system. any ideas??

There should be a prompt in each mailbox or in the mailbox class that says "Block Incoming Messages", cant remember exactly where it is.
