Hi, I have meridian mail release 12. When people press message key, then # sign sometime meridian voicemail not Recogniz # sign. It's not happen all the times. I tried different phone but sometime it's does. Please help me.

Are they always using the handset/headset or are they sometimes using the speakerphone when it fails?

are the callers always dialing from key 0? if you use your mwk to to call the mail the # should work everytime.. if not you have either a bad dtr or more likely bad mp40 card in the mail.. could be a single bad channel in mermail

more than likely they are trying to dial from other than their primary line key.

Thanks. Night routine I got TDS514 36 0 15 7 1 (Where I have DTR card) 3 times. I stat 36 0 15 and it's showing all 8 ports are Idel. Also I did DTR 36 0 15 and all ports showing O.K. Do you think the DTR card is bad?
