Is there a way to send a message to multiple accounts on the meridian mail system. Example, distribution list, communities. If so is there instructions about doing it listed anyware or could someone point me in the right direction...

Thanks

Ed

yes, you can use distribution lists, but where it's set i cannot remember..

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Hi,
Depending on the MerMail Release....
1.Log into MerMail.
2.Select opt 1 (User Admin)
3.Select Opt 3 (Distribution lists)
4. Select ADD.....

-or-

Check the class of service in YOUR mailbox and turn on broadcast capibility. This will give you the ability leave a message in ALL Mailboxes in the system.

WILL LEAVING A BROADCAST MESSAGE IN ALL MAILBOXES LIGHT THE APPROPRIATE MESSAGE WAITING INDICATORS.

yes, they work the same as any other msg.. the only thing to make sure of is a class check-mark that blocks broadcast to or from a class..
