Know how to lower the voice storage (audio) no problem, but text storage is in the 90's % and need to lower that. Any ideas??????????????????????????

It's a MM 12.10

No. It is the 'Used' text storage. Thx.

Try to reduce PERSONAL type class of service, that might be eating up a bit if you have a lot of that type.

Is this a new problem, or have you just noticed it?

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

What all is includes in TEXT STORAGE
mailboxes, menus, annoucements, what else uses that storage?

My understanding is that TEXT is the Names, Departments (like the text that makes up the user record). Distribution Lists as well.

As someone else wrote - lack of assigned Class of Service would create an additional volume of information (for every mailbox of that was not assigned to a pre-defined Class.)
