I have Meridian Mail at a remote location that started redirecting all voice mail calls to my Operators this morning. In the past, I have been able to go to the site, reboot the Meridian Mail and enable the
DSP's---however, that is not working today!!! Each time I try to enable the port I get and error:
Maint. failed DevType=channek cmd=Enable Dev Status=00s rc=4191=AML NOTRE--- I have gone into ld 48 on the pbx and did a stat of the AML 9-- layer 2 is enabled, layer 7 is disabled???? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
