Meridian Mail - Missing bits of messages

Hi All

I have a really weird problem with one of our extension at the minute, whenever a voicemail is left Meridian mail seems to miss the first 5 - 10 seconds of the message which means you only hear the end part.

I have deleted and re-entered the vm account and the problem is still being experienced. The current system capacity is 81% left.

Any Idea's out there???
