Can someone help with this please? I need to be able to look in MM for users that are not deleting their messages and to see what percentage of the drive space is left. Thanks.

You can option 1 and then option 1 again and softkey a list of all users. Then you will be looking at a list and can bring the boxes up to see used space.

when you go to the backup screen you can also see the drives and percentage of full.. if your not doing backups, it will crash at the worst possible time.. (taht's a nortel way of life)

johnpoole...I am backing up the system but not sure how to backup MM. I do have an external tape backup but have never done one I'm sad to admit. Have you got instructions or can you point me to some documentation. Thanks.

If you're at the main login screen, you can check a few stats without even logging in. Just use the "System Status" softkey, the one in the middle. I'm not sure which F-key it is because I'm at a different keyboard right now. This will give you ports in use, alarm status, and percent of disk space used.

To get a printout of offenders, you can login, then Option 1 and Option 1 as if you were going to add or change a mailbox. Use the Find softkey (the one on the right) and you'll get a screen where you can enter different items you want to search on. You can find mailboxes over their limit, mailboxes not logged into for __ number of days, etc. Then I think you can either choose List or Print. List displays the results on the screen, but I think there's an option after that to print. The printout will also list number of minutes of storaged used by each mailbox.

nastyned2...Thanks. I'll try this tomorrow. I have to go to the site...the last time I tried a remote connection into MM from my desk it timed out on me because it's such a slow link.

Actually, I can't connect at all. The modem answers, but I can't talk to MM. Haven't tried those AX commands yet that I've seen elsewhere on this site.

Have you tried connecting thru IP on a Lantronix device? Works good for everything except MM.

Nastyned2...Thanks for the information. This was exactly wht I needed.
