Meridian Mail Errors

Hello everyone,

We received the following errors this morning:

* 2176 ERROR 01/09/06 08:36:24 VSS NODE=1 HWLOC=0-1-9-1-2
DES: gtilogin failed 2810 [LNTC=1A:7E:133E0229:03588BA6]

INF 4167 SYSTEM 01/09/06 08:36:29 VCM NODE=1 HWLOC=0-1-9-1-2

I am sorry for posting the errors, but it appears the one book we do not have is the one that contains the Meridian Mail error messages. The only thing that definitely wasn't working involved our ACDN's. If you dialed a DN that was setup as an ACDN (our attendant tied to a TOD controller and our employee call-in line tied to a voice menu service), you got absolutely nothing, not even a ring. I just want to see if you can help me determine if this is a fluke or something we can expect to recur. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
error 4167 is an informational (minor) error.

Cause: A program terminated. Normally the result of a maintenance action.

Impact: The device is momentarily disable.

Action: Wait for it to recover. If it does not then disable and run out of service diagnostics. Then re-enable device.

Not really familiar with this error. Can you get mail to answer you when you dial the ACDN assigned as the message center DN?....is it only the employee dialin service that doesn't work?
 
Go into F10 from the logon sceen and check your DSP ports and see if they went diabled.
 
Thanks for the replies! The voice mail DN was working fine when this error occurred. Only our central line in, which corresponds to the attendant (0), and the employee call-in line appear to have been effected. Restarting the Meridian Mail portion of the phone system appears to have corrected the issue for now as we haven't had any problems since the restart.
