Hi, need i active CLS ADD (LD 11) for MM ports? The problem is once a call being transfered by MM, we loss CLID on display... Thanks.

mermail doesn't use clid, it looks at the dialed digits on the original call, not sure what your expecting to see where, and don't do changes on acd phones.. the mermail ports should always be disu, the outed and put back in. changes on any acd set can cause corruption days or weeks after it happens.. iv'e seen an extreme cause that caused the user to enter all data... worst part was most sets and trunks, cdb etc could not even be printed..

Thanks. The problem is once a call being transfered by MM, we loss CLID on digital sets' display (the display shows nothing when the phone ringing; LD 80, TRAD X Y, can gets the CLID info.); and if the caller dials in system uses DID on same PRI route, the digital set can receive CLID before pickup the phone. So, i'm wondering if there's any settings mistakes in MM. Thanks again.

Ok, I checked the system carefully this afternoon.
The system configs:
1) IDC: xxxx4600 7001 (ACD)
xxxx4605 7004 (ACD)
xxxx4609 4609 (DN)
2) ACD: 7000
7001 NCFW 7000
7004 NCFW 7000
3) MerMail: 7000 VM
7001 TD 200
7004 MS 300
If a caller dials in system using 4609, the call routed to DN4609 directly with Caller's Number on 4609's display.
If a caller dials in system with 4600 or 4605, he will hear voice greeting, once he enter the extension number, the call routed, but no caller number on destination's display, even no xxxxacod-xxchannel displayed.
How can I solve this? Thanks…
