Meridian Mail Change Automated Attendant Recording

I'm a newbie at this. I added a new option where if you press 5 it will forward to an extension in the sales department. I need to know how to change the automated attendant recording that pickups up when you call the main number so that I can have it say press 5 for sales. I think you have to record the entire message, but that's fine. I just need to know how to do it? Please help.

Look in the SDN Table for PROMPT MAINTENCE, that is the number you dial to do the recording, then you just enter the ID number and the password if there is one for the menu. If you don't know the password you can change it.

If you changed the menu (what 5 does), you were already at the screen where you can do the recording.

Put your cursor over Greeting Recorded=Yes and press the "Voice" softkey (F3) and type in your extension - it will call you and you can record or listen as you wish

Both suggestions were correct. There are two ways to update Meridian Mail recording. For CallPilot you can upload wave files but not in Meridian Mail.
