John Poole - I was reading one of your past posts on backups and you say to do a full and a partial and it says for a partial highlight everything except the first line, however i cannot unhighlight the first line - VS1 system - it has voice and data highlighted and will not let me change it

even if you pick partial backup.. ? that's not normal, i don't have mermail anymore but i did a partial each night and a full on the weedends after i tried to restore from a full.. rebuilding a mail with almost zero documantation is a pain.. as i posted a full backup may be all you need but if for any reason that is bad you can't install and restore just moxes or voice services from the full tape..
