meridian hex stuff for the logger trunk definitions

Hi,

We are currently installing Nice in our call centre. And are having a little trouble with teh hex conversions for the logger trunk def.

can any one assist?

our trunks are out of teh range of the nice hex conversion tool.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Not familiar with hex converter, are you referring to a matrix logger?

What are you recording trunk side, extn, voip or DS1?

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
