meridian 8x24 "keep phone extension with phone"

I have a meridian 8x24 that have the phone keep there extension with phone is there a way to change that or change the extension on the phone it self.

Example if a I have a phone with extesion 25 and want to change it extension 30 but want to keep 25 on the same line.
