Meridian 1 Software releases 1

I have looked all over and everything I find is a broken or unresponsive link. I am trying to find release and EOL dates for several Meridian 1 and BCM systems we have scattered around the country. Is there a current valid place to find this info on-line?

What we have:

I have these dates for the BCM systems below.

I got the following response from Avaya on BCM Licenses


At what point will we not be able to purchase licenses for BCM 200 / 400 / 1000 regardless of version?

MH: March 1, 2012


At what point will we not be able to purchase licenses for BCM 50 / 450 regardless of version?

MH: Oct 1, 2015


At what point will we not be able to purchase licenses for BCM 50 / 450 Release 6.

MH: Oct 1, 2015



If a BCM 50 / BCM 450 release 1 to 5 customer wants to purchase licenses after the 1st March 2012 / 1st October 2012 can they purchase upgrades to release 6 and then purchase for example additional voice messaging licenses?

MH: Yes, we will continue to support SW upgrades to the latest release until Oct 1, 2015. However, they don’t necessarily have to upgrade to the latest release to install some voicemail or UM licenses. Primary upgrade drivers would be new feature in R6 or software support for the latest releases.

Everything that you listed besides the CS 5.5 is really old. Those BCM's are all the old NT boxes that I would recommend getting upgraded asap before they take a dive on you.
