Has anyone encountered a problem of Meridian 1 port going to the "Intel Dialogic" and keeps on ringing? On seizing the channel on the dialogic, and disconnecting immediately, and trying to reseize the same channel again, it keeps on ringing.

The reason behind this, is that the M1 disconnects the channel and Dialogic keeps it held. Is there any settings that can be tuned in (M1 or Dialogic) to match each other's disconnection?

What application or server is using the Dialogic cards. I used to support a call recording device that used these cards. The only real tricky thing I learned was to courtesy disable this channels before rebooting. If not, it would make the shelf that the TN's were on burp.
Is there a way that you can reboot the server or app that you are using?>

This is for a voice messaging system.
I have rebooted, but it seems to be a continuos problem. It is an issue with the disconnection of the Dialogic channels. There seems to be a lag in disconnection between the 2. M1 port and the Dialogic channel.

I'm curious to know which voicemail application you are using & how many dialogic cards are being used. I have an Option 11C as host to my AVT Callxpress & have experienced a similar problem.

Is your switch dumping any codes, that relate to the timing of your issue? It may be something as simple as a patch in your switch. Just a guess though.

you need to use the 500/2500 Line disconnect feature with dialogic cards. Change CLS to LDTA & LD15 timer LDTT
