Merging Email address from two separate exchange organization 1

I have two exchange organizations , A and B, that are installed in two separate forests. Trust is not configured between the forest. I have SMTP connectors that link both organizations and this works fine. I would like to further configure the system so that users in A can see the email address of users in B in the global address list and vice versa. The addresses should be added automatically.


And idea on how this can be achieved.
