I have 2 seperate access databases. One much larger than the other. They each contain records of people with assorted info, but I'm interested in creating a huge mailing list incorporating names and addresses from both. Is this possible? Please, if anyone can help me do this I'd be grateful as the mailing will be ready to go right after thanksgiving and we'd like to avoid sending more than one newsletter per household in case any names appear in both databases.

Thanks in advance to all you great gurus!!

If the information in both databases is in a similar format, then the easy way would be to import (or link) the table(s) in one database to the second database. Use the File|Get External Data|Import / Link Tables command to do this.

Once the data tables are all available in the one database, use an Append Query to add the data from one table to the one you have chosen to be your master table. You can also set your query to import only unique values to avoid duplicating data. Check out the online help for details on Append Queries and the "unique values" property.
