Merge multiple CSV files

I'm new to VBscript. I have multiple CSV files that I need to merge into a master CSV file. These files have subsets of the fields in the master file. The field order is different from file to file. All files contain header records. I don't know where to begin.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you ever used SQL Server's Dtat Transformation Services??? (DTS)

No. I've never used SQL Server's Data Transformation Services. I'm looking into it now.

I should have mentioned that this needs to be done on an hourly basis.
