Menus via Macros

Hey,<br>Can someone remind me how I go about calling a custom menu so it (and only it) is open when my database is loaded.<br><br>I can get rid of all the default menubars with the exception of &quot;Menu Bar&quot; - the one with file, edit etc.<br><br>Is there anyway I can not have Menu Bar showing? - I am sure there is a way - just cant remember. <br><br>Your help would be much appreciated<br>Ross
