Menu whitin ap-div and dynamic text

Hello everybody !

I'm new to this site, it looks very helpfull,
hope somebody have a solution for this:

Dreamweaver:

I've got an ap-div 'nested' on a table cell,
whitin it I have 3 buttons, each one for a
different content of the ap-div, I'd like
to know if there's a way to change this content
without reloading the whole page, and whitout
using frames, it's that possible ??

A second one:
it's possible to have a text in an ap-div that
changes in relation whit a *.txt file whitout
loosing it's format ??

Look at forum216 and / or forum1600. This would require that the user has JavaScript enabled, of course.
