Menu problems in MS Word 1

Hi, VCam.
Check it out:
Right-click the menu bar, hit Customize.
Click on the Toolbars tab, highlight Menu bar and hit RESET.
If that doesn't work, go here:

Hi, I have similar problem in Microsoft office 2001 for mac, word. All other parts of office suite Ok, only apple menu, font and part of help dropdown menus working. toolbar reset does nothing.
disk defragged, all Ok.
Where is normal dot? is it same in macs? Is this a design fault?
