After I have delivered all my forms and scripts, I used the distribution editor to bundle up the application done in the application framework. After installing it, the menu does not work. Does anyone have an idea why?

The Application Framework was a great idea very poorly implemented.
Debugging an AF issue can be very difficult.
I recommend using the AF as a learning tool only. It may be good for studying how it builds and traps things, but can be kinda messy to change since you didn't write the code.
Get into the guts and write your own, so you can then 'fix' this type of issue.
I don't know anyone who uses or promotes the AF. And it is removed from Paradox as of Paradox 10 [I believe].
