I have a client on the same network copy of Access 97 that I am (except she's on a laptop). Yet when she goes to menu bar - tools/add-ins - the whole thing is greyed out for her.
Microsoft suggest it is either becuase there's isn't a database open or the databse that is open is in a different version of Access. Neither of these solutions are true.
Does anyone have any ideas??? She really needs to get an add-in to perform some functions, can she get it another way?
