Menu Disappearing

Hello everyone;
I finished creating a webpage with CSS, but when i click on the menu the first time it works fine, when i click on it again, it disappear. I tried it on both IE and Firefox, it did the same thing. I have the menu on the navigation part, i also have a container, as well as a footer. Thank you for your time.
