When i open a new window, is there a way i acn get menubars with only a few options? All i really want is the 'save as' option, and maybe one more.

If you're talking about the menu bar on the browser, no. You either get the whole thing or nothing.

There are work arounds, however, DHTML scripts that allow you to have selective toolbar options as context menu. The downside is that it may only work on certain browsers like IE and NS only.
